- How is this data different than the Board's monthly statistics report?
First, Big House Data only reports listing and sales activity within Washtenaw County. This includes out of area agent activity as well. Second, we present our statistics in two forms: Charts and Tables. The charts show trending going back 36 months and the tables show year over year comparisons.
