Big House Data does it again!
Continuing to provide consumers with relevant and quality housing statistics, BHD was featured in a recent article in the Ann Arbor News. The article can be read here.
The important point to emphasize in this article is that BHD provides stats that are relevant to the marketplace. Consumers are concerned about the market as it affects them.

Well, isn't this special!? Team366, a client of Big House Data, has been darn near religious in their posting of housing stats and inventory reports. Every month, without fail, you will see a post on our monthly stats package that we generate for them. Every quarter, they also post the inventory reports. And it has not gone unnoticed! trekker9er at As I Live and Learn recently picked up on the stats offered by Team366 and even reprinted a quote from the June Monthly Stats Executive Summary! Congrats to Team366 on connecting with a real estate information hungry consumer and thank you to trekker9er for your mention of BHD! It is greatly appreciated. BHD client extraordinaire Missy Caulk recently posted some of her monthly charts on her blog. This has caused caught a few ActiveRainers to comment on her charts, their appearance and the resultant data. While BHD is currently focused on being the premier real estate market statistics provider in Washtenaw County, Michigan, we would love to speak with agents throughout the nation about meeting their housing stat needs. Drop dave or myself a note at dave[at]bighousedata-dot-com or todd[at]bighousedata-dot-com. Technorati tags: Big House Data, Missy Caulk, Michigan Real Estate, Monthly Statistics
Pardon our dust! The Guys (dave and todd) are still working on the joint, but thanks for stopping by.
What is Big House Data?

Why housing statistics?
Frankly, a current subscriber/friend/real estate agent was extremely dissatisfied at the lack of any regular, accurate or even usable housing statistics to show his clients. We came up with a solution that impressed the socks off, not only our friend, but his clients as well!
Why Big House Data?
Well, we're located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, home of the University of Michigan and the Big House football stadium and we have a "big house" full of data to share!
You have subscribers? Who?

Well, we've added a new design to the site. I think it gives the site a really clean, slick feel. We will be modifying the theme to fit our style better, and incorporate our new logo which we will reveal here VERY soon.
We've also added this blog feature to keep everyone up to date on the happenings over at Big House Data...
Enjoy!
